Please be reassured that we will offer a full refund or reschedule your stay if new Coronavirus restrictions are enforced that prevent you from travelling (i.e another lockdown).
If you test positive for Coronavirus just before your stay, please let us know asap and we will do everything we can do to help. At the discretion of the owner of the property, we will try to resell your dates so that we can provide you with a refund (minus the service fee) or change your dates. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance as we will not be able to provide a refund in cases where we haven’t been able to resell your dates.
If you develop Covid while at the property, please contact the owner of the property to let them know as soon as you can.
Please note, additional cleaning and airing is taking place at each of our properties in the interest of keeping everyone safe.
