The Lamb Pub offers relaxed dining, while Billy’s on the Beach in Bracklesham Bay and Drifters in Easter Wittering are also relaxed but with a very strong coastal vibe. The Boat House in Chichester Marina offers a good view of the yachts coming and going, and has a large outside terrace. Crouchers (between Itchenor and Chichester) has both a fine dining restaurant, Potager, and also a pizza / Italian restaurant called the Cider House Kitchen. In Chichester try the Giggling Squid for Thai food, or Purchases.

Sailing and watersports abound along this stretch of the South Coast. Children can try their hand at horse riding from Cakeham Stables, or pottery painting and crabbing at Bosham.
